Last summer over 1800 students travelled to locations across Africa, Asia and South America with Camps International where they made a valuable contribution to a range of community, wildlife and environmental projects before taking on an adventure challenge of Jungle trekking, Mountain trekking or Scuba Diving.
The students who chose to participate in this expedition gained a great deal from doing so, enhancing their chances of going into further education or gaining future employment in what is currently a very competitive market.
Students developed a whole host of skills from leadership, communication, problem solving and decision making to use of initiative, financial management, team building and social networking. The development and experiences students gain from both the expedition and the journey to get there really is unlimited.
We are pleased to announce that we are working with Camps International to give your son/daughter the same opportunity during the summer of 2017 and we have chosen Borneo as our destination.
Camps International will be launching the expedition to students this week and you will be invited to attend a presentation second week in March to learn more about this exciting opportunity.
This letter is to give you notice of the proposed expedition, more information will follow shortly. In the meantime, please save the below date which is when we plan to run the parent information evening:
