There has been a change to how Staff can access their emails both through the C2K MySchool page as well as on their personal device.

To access emails through the MySchool website, you can log in normally to and select the Office 365 option.

From there, you can open Outlook which will allow you access to your emails.

To add emails to your personal device, you first must remove any previous work email account on your device. Once removed, follow the below information depending on your device:


  1. Go to Settings > Passwords & Accounts, then tap Add Account

  2. Select Exchange

  3. Enter your Name, Email Address and Password

  4. Email Address should be as follows: <username> (e.g.

  5. Give the Account a Description

  6. Tap Next and select Sign In

  7. Log in with you normal C2K Username and Password

  8. Tap Sign In or Next and press Save

  3. Enter your Email Address

  5. Tap Next and enter your normal C2K Username and Password

  6. Tap Sign In and press Save
