There has been a change to how Staff can access their emails both through the C2K MySchool page as well as on their personal device.
To access emails through the MySchool website, you can log in normally to https://www.c2kschools.net and select the Office 365 option.
From there, you can open Outlook which will allow you access to your emails.
To add emails to your personal device, you first must remove any previous work email account on your device. Once removed, follow the below information depending on your device:
FOR IOS10 and HIGHER
Go to Settings > Passwords & Accounts, then tap Add Account
Enter your Name, Email Address and Password
Email Address should be as follows: <username>@c2ken.net (e.g. firstname.lastname@example.org)
Give the Account a Description
Tap Next and select Sign In
Log in with you normal C2K Username and Password
Tap Sign In or Next and press Save
Open your email app of choice and choose Add Account
Select Office 365
Enter your Email Address
Email address should be as follows: <username>@c2ken.net (e.g. email@example.com)
Tap Next and enter your normal C2K Username and Password
Tap Sign In and press Save
