Adam represents Ireland U20

Adam Hughes represented Ireland U20 in the 4x400m relay on Saturday 2nd February in Dublin at the Indoor AAI Games.

Adam ran the 3rd leg of the relay, in the fastest time of his team (48.8 seconds). The Irish team finished the race in 3.16.7 seconds which secures the European qualifying time for the U20 Championships in Sweden. Adam’s current time for his 400m has also broken the long standing school record from 1977. We are very proud of his achievements! Well done!
